My thoughts on grief. I wrote something to a friend going through a grief. These words are my thoughts on the grieving process. If they are good for one friend, then i should share with all because everyone will face these feelings in their lifetimes.
Grief is about acceptance and forgiveness. You cannot fail grief, it is simply not an option. Be kind my friend, be kind with yourself. Here is a quote for you about the kindness, the joy, the love and the acceptance that can heal the grieving mind. I read this once and it touched me and i saved it for later, knowing it would be useful someday.
“Despite my grief, and even in inside my sorrow, joy fills my soul for all the love she gave me and continues to give me yet. Nothing all the sadness caused by her death is too high a price to pay for the love we shared…” Frank Herbert
