Guy’s cooking tips. Friends I decided to share with you some tips to please your wife and children.
A good BBQ chicken or a grilled duck is super easy to prepare and everyone loves it.
First of all, you need a bird. Here I have a duck but it’s the same recipe for a chicken. Rinse with cold water and eńlever the slaughtered ones.
Rub with a mixture of coarse salt, onion powder and herbs. Half coarse salt, half spices. Rub, massage your bird. Cover it with spices outside and inside.
That’s it, that’s all. It’s ready to cook.
It’s not complicated ! Lol, I like the KIS method (keep it simple).

I cook on a rotisserie on my BBQ, but I don’t need an equipment like mine, it’s also delicious on a beer can. I put an aluminum dish under the duck to collect the grease and juice because it’s cleaner for my BBQ.

The technique of cooking on beer cans is well described here:

Comment for canning: the cooking is indirect, the chicken is above a closed element. If you put the chicken over a flame, the fat that runs on the fire will ignite and your bird will be calcined.
Cook to an internal temperature of 170-180 degrees. A thermometer is useful but if you don’t have one, it’s about 75-90 minutes.
Finally, if you don’t have a BBQ, just put the bird in the oven on a rotisserie with a grill (a big square metal dish with a grid to put the bird on it to avoid cooking it in its own juices) at 325 degrees until the same internal temperature or about 3 hours.
Bon appetit my friends!
