Salmon seared in a cast iron pan with a bit of salt and fine herbs.
I arrived home late at 18h00. My son was waiting for me to cook diner. I had planned a fish dinner but i wanted something quick. I did not have time to think about a recipe.
Warm and oil the cast iron pan.
Throw the salmon in and let it sizzle.

Add salt and fine herbs.
Cook until crispy brown.

Serve with fresh veggies.
My son loved it so much that i made another batch for his lunch.
This is awesome food prepared in less time than it takes to stop at Mc Donald’s and order a Big Mac.
Sometimes, the simplest recipes are the best.
