A good night sleep…

I just spend 12h in my bed and probably slept over 10. I am a different man this morning. The sun seems to shine brighter. Life seems better.

The world has not changed, i am just well rested.

When we think of health, food and exercise are our first priority but let’s not forget the importance of sleep for physical and mental health.

Go to sleep early. Prioritize sleep over TV.
