On the importance of sleep…

I write again on the subject.

It’s important.

People tend to sacrifice sleep to do other healthy things like training.

You can live a lifetime without exercising.

You can live a month without food.

You can’t live that long without sleeping.

Priority goes for health: sleep well, eat well, move well.

Don’t trade sleep for anything.

Sleep is good for your mind and body.

When you are well rested, you are focused, happier and less anxious.

When you sleep enough, you are smarter, stronger and faster. 

If you don’t believe me, go to bed at 21h00 tonight and get out of your bed at 7h00. Don’t worry too much about what happens in between those hours.  Tomorrow, go to bed at 2h00 and get up at 6h00.   Notice your mood, energy level, anxiety, focus, attention, food cravings, etc…

Prioritize sleep in your life to get your minimal 6, acceptable 7 or ideal 8+ hours of sleep every day.
