Information, food for our brain and the value of quality journalism…
Every day, I am sent articles by well-meaning people who only want to inform me but are unintentionally participating in a vast movement of misinformation.
I would ask all my friends to stop sending me news from unknown sources. If you want to share news with me that you think is important, check where it comes from. If it’s a free site with bra and casino ads, please don’t send it to me.
This reflection on misinformation leads me to try to make you aware that quality information has a price.
I have just subscribed to monthly pre-payments for LaPresse and Le Droit. I have also subscribed to the New York Times and Peter Attia’s site.
I’ll repeat, information is food for our brain.
As long as I have to drink from one source, I prefer to pay for a pure, clean and quality source.
I know that many of you have financial concerns and that information is the least of your worries, but I’m trying to convince you that it’s more important to support your local newspaper than the beer store in your neighborhood.
Think about it when you buy your next bottle of wine or case of beer ….
Save money on alcohol,
Invest in quality information,
Support quality journalism.
Information has a price, choose to pay it, it’s important.
Thanks for sharing.
