Thriving in times of isolation…

Take regular breaks from all media that feed you negative news.

Set limits to the time you spend mindlessly surfing the web and facebook.

You can look at the scores on WorldMeter but don’t obsess over them 1000 times per day.

Don’t let your negative mind take over.

Choose an attitude of gratitude.

Move. Walk. Go outside.

Call or facetime someone, don’t just text them. You feel more connection when you hear and see them.

Give yourself challenges to keep yourself body and mind busy.

Read a good book.

Learn a language.

Complet a home training program.

Start an online learning program on Coursera.

Breathe. Meditate. Take the time to savour the simplest moment like the first sip of a warm morning coffee.

Help a friend. There are many ways to help.

Take the time to stop and think.

Write a journal.

Do the things you never had time to do before.

Worry appropriately but not excessively.

Be safe. Wash your hands. Take a long bath every day.

Slow down. Enjoy life.

There is an opportunity in every problem.

Thank you.
