Here is the progression: squat, jump squat, 360 squat, pistol squat, pistol squat with weight, pistol squat on bossu, pistol squat on bossu with weight, pistol squat on bossu with weight eyes closed

Thanks to my brother Nicolas Pham-Dinh for pushing me with the single leg pistol squat on a bossu ball. Once mastered, I wanted to see where this could bring me.
