We can spend a lifetime without doing exercise and be healthy.

We can spend a month without eating and survive.

We can’t spend a month without sleeping.

That’s how important sleep is.

And yet, whenever we get the chance, we deprive ourselves from hours of sleep.

In terms of sleep, the modern north american lifestyle is the equivalent of an exclusive junk food diet for our body.

About 1/5 people are early risers and 1/5 are late sleepers. This is genetically programmed in us. When you force late sleeper to wake up early or an early riser to go to sleep late, you make them unhappy and create sleep problems.
