Friday evening. It was a busy week. I have solved enough problems. I closed my home office. I felt the need to wind down. I prepared a fire. I made myself a drink. I sat on my sofa. I put some music on. My dog came to sit by my side. And I just relaxed.
This is taking care of me.
This is time well spent.
Once my mind relaxed, I was ready to enjoy a nice meal. I played in my kitchen with textures and flavours. I created this original recipe. I am happy to share it with you.
